Thought this might help with energy levels? I have bought some supplements now.

And maybe why we are feeling less bouncy than we ought to and wondering where we are going wrong. I also got epsom salts as the best way to take it in xx

Very interesting on the Magnesium...it's been suggested I take those along with the Selenium with multi-vits combo.

Pic is great from the race Step Up :)

I take a multi-vit which I thought was 100% of everything, but having checked the label it's only 27% of the RDA of Magnesium.. I'll have to make sure I top it up. And I still need to check my Omega 6:3 ratio etc etc.. but otherwise I'm liking paleo. I think I need (or is it a want?!) to buy some scales that can calculate my fat :o but that might have to wait until payday (week tomorrow!).

In other news, I've done an OP to CC1, and paid an extra £100 to my emergency fund. Once payday comes around I'll make that up to £1000, and then I can target CC1 again.

DD goes to secondary school in September (how, HOW??!) so I've got uniform etc to buy over the coming couple of months. I'll start putting money aside for that this month too. I've got some money coming next week for some wedding flowers I did last month, so that should more than cover it - shouldn't it? How much should I set aside?!

    Hope everyone is ok xx

    Loving your sig woohooo :j

I can sympathise with secondary school, my DD is in year 8 now (coming to an end of year 8  ) but it all seems like yesterday! Regarding the uniform it depends on how strict the school is, ours make us have school branded PE kits, with leotard, 2 different pairs of trainers, shin pads, special socks etc... And told parents to embroider the names so that was extra cost! Also don't get me started on the aprons they made us buy but DD never used. However the school did a uniform check when you had to bring everything in so we HAD to buy it all..

All in all I spent about £200, but I think her school is over the top so I would aim for £150 ish and I'm sure it will cover it.

Just popping in to say Hi :hello: and that you're doing really well paying off your debt. :)

I'm trying to think more about what I'm eating too just now as trying to lose weight but find it so hard not to eat sugar. :( Really craving it today & currently resisting a sharer bag of minstrels sitting in the cupboard (and by resisting I mean I've only had 6 and not eaten the full bag :o).

You deserve a medal, not sure I could resist!! I'm drinking red wine, and OH has gone to collect the curry. I'm having tandoori chicken and salad, so still paleo. Go me!
