Well done you for both plodding on getting things done and also for looking after yourself by saying no when necessary.
I also recommend the ridiculously early bedtime thing, sometimes it does help with energy levels - I think sometimes the body and brain just need a bit of extra down time to catch up and get back in sync.
Radio presenting sounds v exciting - how fab! Does this mean your posts should be read in a smooootth DJ type tone?
Hugs for the hibernation feeling - and virtual pralines, they work too

We sat and had a lovely few hours and dinner together. He's someone I'm always so comfortable with and mostly seems to just get who I really am.
Then on Thursday I did my first radio presenting training and loved it. I have no worries that I'll get it quickly and am hoping for some time in the "dead" studio next Thursday to practice by myself.
Then on Friday morning I just woke up feeling really low and haven't managed to drag myself back up again yet. I had a quiet day on Friday. I should have been sorting my house, but I didn't have the energy so I watched some shows I'd recorded and did some shopping. Yesterday I visited my friend but really just wanted to go home so after lunch I made my excuses and went (after spending money on things I don't need and didn't know existed until yesterday - £38!!!). I also cancelled the concert, but will be sending the ticket money to her on Tuesday when I get paid as I gave such small notice and there was no way she'd have been able to find a replacement.
I slept pretty well last night and am getting ready to get some food shopping now, but still feeling like I want to hibernate.
So that's enough negative for one day!I'll update again when I'm feeling a bit brighter! I hope the weekend is going well for everyone. MTx

Oh my goodness! Thank you all so much for the lovely words. Thank you Nora for the UNOPENED bag of Galaxy Counters. They're STILL unopened and UNSULLIED too
Then just as I'm thinking I've got it all I spot ......... RosaBernica's PRALINES! You see, I'm so excited that I'm using Capital Letters and everything!
Seriously, thank you all for your lovely posts. I have a little head issue going on at the moment that I'm struggling with, however my best friend logic (the actual thing, not a person) is giving me lots of head slapping and kicks and telling me to "get over myself and move on". So, I think I should do that and reading the support here has really helped boost me!
Sam, you've not lived if you've never been sullied! Although, if you were randomly humped on your way to work this week, then you're in the Sullied Club. Just have a quick pop to the shower and we'll be waiting to hear about it all!
I shall now post a proper update of my whereabouts this week.0
