Thanks for clarifying for me
Now I am clear on this I will look into joining Pinecone too.
I find they pay very well for a survey company (£3 per time). I receive one or two per month on average, but that could vary according to your demographic. They often send a pre-survey questionnaire to see what kind of products you do (or don't) buy. One good thing about them is you don't get screened out of surveys, - a particular bugbear of mine with other survey companies!0 -
Just be aware that Pinecone can and may cut off your membership at anytime and without warning. I was on their survey list for three to four years and suddenly was excluded for absolutely no reason and without any warning at all.I complained to their Karen Scott and she just said they can...and did. I suggest you and others cash in award points as soon as you can,be aware.0

I have been a member of Pinecone for several years and suddenly my account disappeared too.I wrote to their Karen Scott and she said they periodically just wipe off clients of a particular type,no letter,no warming,no explanation...shocking treatment from Pinecone, and 600 points lost;charming..0

I always cash mine in promptly, it rarely gets above 600 points (£6), which I transfer to my PayPal balance.0 -
can somebody point out where "my profile" is? I have searched the pages round in circles.0

Wow, my membership appears to have been terminated! I hadn't had a survey since 4th August. I use my university email for pinecone and for a whole week at the start of august they were repairing the university email system so none of my emails came through. I gave it some time and emailed today to ask why I haven't received any emails and they said I haven't responded to surveys, so they have deleted my membership :O I haven't received any surveys to complete, I always do every single one. Also had 700 points on my account0

I have the other problem constant reminders for surveys and household questions but locked out of account and owed points. Think I am going to bite the bullet and close my account as no reply to my emails.0

Hi, Greenqueen
On page 9 of this Pinecone thread, I , as April 60 have posted a way of finding ones Profile. But when I did find it, it was not working. I think I then emailed Pinecone who told me it would be in August but it still wasn't working in August.
Now from what I remember when you have logged in, some dots come up on your screen about 3 I think tiny things and when you press on the right one the profile page comes up, but as I said, it wasn't working then and I've since resigned from Pinecone because our too slow broad band not being able to cope with the video's one has to watch on Pinecone and some surveys just would not load or work on laptop or tablet.0
