I've been on Pinecone for years and have only ever had surveys once every one or two months. I think I saw someone mention earlier in the thread that there is an option in the profile to receive more surveys, but I can't access my profile at all. Don't suppose anyone knows anything about it? Judging by recent posts here, something's rotten in the state of Pinecone

It is in your profile - you can choose the frequency and I'm set to the highest but I don't think it truly makes much difference - sometimes I get them weekly, sometimes monthly - seems to depend more on what they actually have. I hope you get your profile sorted.

I can't even log in to their site now! Says we don't have your username and/or password on file! I've typed it in exactly 3x now. Hmmmmphf Anyone else having issues?

Had problems logging in for survey today,
Had to log directly in to pinecone to access the survey.

Have managed to log in though it did ask me to verify that I was which has never happened before.

I am a little confused as I used the link on the first page

Which I thought was for Pinecone but it seems to have signed me up to My Survey? Is this the same company?

I'm grateful to the original poster for the link as I have had quite a few surveys through in the past ten days varying in value from 50p to 80p and just applied for my first £5 PayPal payment :T But I am just wondering if I got signed up to the right site .

MySurveys and Global Test Market are affiliate companies, but totally separate from Pinecone.
