Hi all, this may sound like a stupid question. But with Pinecone I've been doing all the surveys that are emailed to me, but when I log into the Pinecone website and click surveys there are a couple there I haven't done or been emailed about, am I right in thinking these are other surveys currently open and not available to me? Just wondered if it's like prolific academy in that you don't get emailed for every single survey you're eligible for. Thank you

I understood that you only ever got emailed by Pinecone about surveys that you are guaranteed to be eligible for. When I log into my account, under surveys it only shows a list of completed surveys under current surveys. Before they changed their website, I don't think you could even see current surveys, you just followed the links in the emails.

Sometimes, I did not follow the links from the emails and found the surveys on my list on the website. But they were the same ones that came by email. It's just it was I think slightly quicker sometimes to do it this way, but I'm going back some months ago.

Pinecone profiles are now availabale as theyve updated the systems....
The following email has just been received to my account..

"We have implemented new security measures to ensure your personal information remains safe and secure. You will need to create a new password to access your account.

Please click on the link below and follow the steps provided to create your unique password.

We apologise for any inconvenience and appreciate your continued participation in the PineCone Research panel. If you have any questions or concerns please let us know!

Payment via paypal has also been added to profiles:j

I haven't received the email and am unable to find the profile section to update, perhaps it is done in waves? Paypal was already there previously though

They're giving a small box to allow you to enter your paypal email address so you dont have yo send it thru before redeeming.

Hopefully so, makes life so much easier with automatic paypal payments
