    Thanks guys :]
Got the keys today at 11.30 :] woooooooooooooooooooo

So having had a good look around i will need a good amount of plastering and a new boiler ill go for a combi boiler and some wireing done
    Kitchen
    bathroom
    new fire places
floor doors basically a full revamp basically

Now i was hoping to spend 8k originally then i thought 5k would be perfect amount but i guess it will cost 8-10k which still leaves me with around 5-6k savings but i need 10k saving to feel at ease a bit

so next week will be stripping the place down wall paper old doors surround around fireplaces and some ceilings have the foam fire hazard stuff ill get rid of then get some qoutes in for plaster work and boiler ect :]

Thanks guys sorry its been a week since i been on here last
Iv had a great easter with family and hope you guys have to

    so back to the house
I spent 5 full days with 2 mates stripping the house doors wall paper kitchen covering floors ect down and now have a great base to work with

fire thing was i thought i could save a bit and save a few grand by spending 5-8k on the house in total just to do it up which i may be able to do but ui think it may even hit 10k as i have to do the following

    full electrics -- £1800
full plaster all rooms and celings and hall- £1300-1500
new combi boiler which will be around £2000 with 10 year warranty

so them 3 will make the house so much better for the £5300 roughly its a 3 bed semi so to get all this work done for this kinda money isnt that bad really all this will start now on the 18th electrics are booked in then plaster and boiler

then it will kitchen and paint then flooring so i may be looking at spending around 8-10k all in to get it all upto today's standards rough time frame 2-3months

Its kinda hard to save when doing all this work
So i have a pot of around £18000 ish which is my whole savings so 10k will be saved for my emergency fund 8k will be for the house as of today

iv done all can for now tho at the house :]
