Thanks Sque :] im hoping to knock a year off the term at least still waiting for bond money to be transferred most important thing for me is to raise the amount that comes of the capital every month from my normal payment.
So the electricians have done the first fix :] place looks great now with loads new sockets in and new light switches.
The plasters will start today or tomorrow they got a key so just leave them to it now :]
Also got another plumber to come down he said £2800 for a Worcester boiler with 8 years warranty when i see him ill try get this down to £2500 or under haggling but well see ? i always try my best haha
so i guess if all goes well within a 3 weeks it should all be sorted ready for a kitchen and flooring :]Mortgage--- [STRIKE]£67700 March 15[/STRIKE] [STRIKE]£65221 April 15[/STRIKE] [STRIKE]£64983 July 15[/STRIKE] [STRIKE]£64780 sept 15[/STRIKE] Remortgage [STRIKE]£67295 oct 15[/STRIKE] [STRIKE]£66599 Nov 15[/STRIKE] [STRIKE]£65878.73 Dec 15[/STRIKE][STRIKE] £64834 1st Jan 16[/STRIKE] [STRIKE]Feb 16 £64,511.89[/STRIKE][STRIKE] March 16 £64,056.40[/STRIKE] [STRIKE]April 16 £62550[/STRIKE] [STRIKE]May 16 £62,396.20[/STRIKE] Feb 17 £60.800

Blimey LIL, you're going great guns - huge OP and sorting out the house. I wish I had your energy!
I had a quick update on earlier posts on your diary and re: kitchen. A builder I know who deals with high-end projects (not my house!!) said a trick of the trade is using Ikea cabinets because they're easy to fit and last ages and then using a non-Ikea worktop because the worktop quality isn't great.
Ikea also let you do 12 month interest free. We've done it twice now and both kitchens have been great. I'm not on commission (!) but thought you'd like to know. Imagine all those high-end houses with Ikea kitchens in and the people may not even know!
