    Thanks SR :] ya was a hassle i even said all i want to do is make a over payment haha.
    My aim is to hopefully make £300 a month as a min OP this will finish the mortgage then 15 years yearly if i can ill do more 1 month at a time tho :]

    Update on the house
    3 bedrooms are plastered now :] wooooo they will be doing the hall and 2 living rooms next week so im hoping it will be 905 plastered by next Friday

    Also got my water bill/card how sweet of them lol
    Also got the tv licence thro seems like everyone wants my money now i own some land and bricks haha

    iv only had the house a month and am pleased with how much has been done so far :beer:

    Ya least now i know how much is going out monthly now so can budget for it before it was all roughly haha

    Ill try get some pics up once i get it all painted up before and afters :]

    got to pop over the house today to take the radiators and strip the wall paper from behind them then i can chill today/clean up

    Anytime :] glad you can now see the world hehe

    So today im round the house taken all the radiators off i was surprised how clean the water in the system was really ill blast them all the same to make sure the black sludge is not in there for when i put them back on :]
    So now the plaster can finish the last bits upstairs tomorrow and it be done

    Kitchen this is on my mind but i don't want to order one yet till all the plastering boiler is done 2 weeks roughly

    I need to find a new bath as well and fold out stairs for the attic

    house fund is getting a bashing lol

    ya it is hehe Ya i am enjoying it nice to see it change every time i go tho which is every day lol

    So iv managed to order some loft ladders went for some nice ones in the end with hand rails and a nice size opening should be here tomorrow :]

    Hopefully get it fitted later this week
