So rang the Mortgage company this mortgage after waiting a week for the letter turns out im not getting a letter haha

So i said how much i got left £65188 thing is when i make a over payment they take the 3% fee out of the amount i pay least i know now the routine i have to go thro to get it done.

So I what i may do is OP every 2 months even if i send in £200 OP i have to send in proof of funds so for the sake of the hassle ill wait till i got a nice amount ie over £500 each time.

When i remortgage i will be getting a bank account to go with it lol

You've done great!!! I can't believe your motivation. I think you'll end up a property developer when you get this one done!!!

Glad to be in the new club but if I'm honest I've overdone it a bit and now I'm totally broke this month. Couldn't resist breaking the barrier though!
