    Another update

    Sold £140 on ebay this week
    so paypal should be around the 450 mark now :]

    The searches have come back now bar 1 search local authority which could take a month to come back which is a drag :[
    So looks like i wont get keys till mid to late april so loooooooooong :[ ill have to phone someone on Monday to see what can be done as seems long to me.

    I spoke to the solicitor today and asked her to try and get an exchange and completion date from the vendors so i know where i am hopefully it be soonish i need to get to work :]

    I guess another good thing about selling things is that you don't need to box them up and bring them to the new place!

    still no date yet :[ should know next week sometime i guess

    Iv transferred some fund from paypal £300 to put into the mortgage fund But i wont know what this stands at untill iv done the work i need to the house when i get it :]

    We waited to buy most of our stuff until we bought a house. Makes it really exciting to buy stuff for a new place. :)
