    Got my date its next Friday 27/03/15 :] exchange and completion :T

    So all i have to do now is transfer deposit and fees over and get some house insurance :j

    Iv been really ill this week didn't get out of bed on wed was soo ill it was unreal still a bit crappy today but thing is as im self employed i was lucking i did a load of work on Tuesday as felt the illness coming on.

    So plan is to get loads of work done next week so i can do some work on the house the week after :]

    Quick update
    sorted house insurance today
    Mortgage fund will take a big hit tomorow of 22k out so easy to spend yet so hard to save unreal im hoping the fund can stick to around 16-18k by the end of next week but once its all sorted i can work stuff out

    Quick update
    I have payed the deposit :j and we have now exchanged :j
    Completion will be on Friday and i will be able to get the keys at 12ish i hope :]

    Im going to have next week off to get a load of stripping done rip carpets out ect and then just get people in to sort out anything i need :]
