    Made it to mortgage free but what a muddle that became

    In the event the proverbial hits the fan then co-habitees are better stashing their cash than being mortgage free !!

    Also received my £100 voucher for amazon :]

    Mortage payment still hasnt gone thro and im waiting to see if iv won anything on the PBS before i take them out to pay the tax man

    Thought id put up a few of my to do list in 2016 These are things i need to work on in 2016
    • Get mortgage under 60k :j
    • Eat a lot more at home :cool:
    • Make 3k on ebay
    • Save 1k more for DS
    • Build a garage/Sort Garden

    These are the things id like to achieve mainly in 2016 along with work spending quality time with DS/family and generally enjoying life which goes without saying

    Work is slow in jan/feb for me still as much work Tho so always just have to keep an eye of things

    Still need to work out how much my payment on account is cant seem to get hold of my account which is frustrating me slightly ill be ringing him now on Monday

    Still need to work out how much my payment on account is cant seem to get hold of my account which is frustrating me slightly ill be ringing him now on Monday

    Just wondering...if your accountant supplies you with a set of accounts and if it's on there? POA is normally 50% of previous year's actual, then if it's too high/low the balancing payment reflects it :)

    Best speak to Accountant tomorrow though, it's not my M@stermind subject. :rotfl:

    Ya i know how much my payment on account is but as i haven't earned as much this tax year so far as i did the last 2014/2015
    I want to Reduce it bare in mind i have had my tax bill+payment on account saved for 8 months now

    So the amount i reduce it by im thinking 2k-3k from my calculations is then back in my pocket :]

    Thing is once iv talked to him i can add It to my EF/saving or use it for the garden/garage work
