Thanks SSS your right it has taken up a lot of my time last year im on it like sonic now hehe

    AFK some great ideas :]
I already have 2/3 small trips planned for me and DS legoland being 1 of my favs hehe

I still need to get some quotes for the garage need to get on this

Problem with me is if i shipped 2/3k over to mortgage i couldn't get it back if i ever needed to even tho my ef would still be strong worrys me somewhat

My loft conversion isn't what you call a full conversion as it doesn't have a fixed stairs going to it That said i could put them in if i wanted to and it would be.

I reinforced the floor/floorboards/plaster boared it all out/plastered it/had 4 double sockets put in each corner/2 velux windows/ carpet its a great space now :]
cost around 2.5k all in with everything i did a lot myself tho
Mainly for work stuff so i can shut off work life from normal i still spend 40-60 hours a week up there tho haha

Op £77 to the mortgage this morning from a legal and general payment i get each month :]

Been to the one in Denmark, felt like a big kid, things have came on leaps and bounds since I was there though.

My mortgage lets me "catch up" with o/p's, so if I o/p say 6 months of mortgage, then i would be "allowed" to stop paying for 6 months so long as i tell them what i'm doing and i also have a "holiday period" built in - not sure how it works as i don't want to know about this:p

Another nice o/p - what happened to the 70p though??:rotfl:puzzled ?? have a look at my total o/p for the month:p
Always have 00.00 at the end of your mortgage and one day it will all be 0's

Hehe i know what you mean afk :] i feel like that to :]

Ya there is something like that in my terms as well if i overpay i could miss a payment or 2 out if i ever needed in that case lets all take a year off haha

i leave the pence out lol as a £1 of that goes to my sub account 2 anyway every time i make a over-payment a £1 goes to sub account 2 but thats interest free so well leave that one there haha

Money received from Premium bonds today so thats in saving waiting for tax bill :]

Got another 15-20 things to list on ebay tomorrow or tonight

That's how to get your money back if needed then, so are you going to make an o/p?

I have a sub account with no interest, but they conned me on that one when I made my 1st big o/p, they put 10% to it:eek:. They WONT be doing that again:)

Was just going through "things" to put on the bay, so far I have 5 black bags to go to the CS and about as many for the bay, but I do have items listed and not a sausage being bought:( maybe nobody likes sausages anymore:)

We have periods that nothing sells for weeks, then all of a sudden the after an item being listed on 10 occasions it sells with multiple bids. Last weekend was bizarre as 25 items sold, and the majority have been listed and relisted. I've started timing the lists to end on Friday evenings and Sunday evening with a theory that females (we have to agree that they shop far far more than males), may well be on eBay when the kids are bathed and in bed, and that they have a look search on a lazy Sunday morning. Anyway we have 93 items ending tonight, so far 3 will sell (all boys clothes varying from age 0-3 months to age 6).
