  • Hi Lucky ,

I guess some mrtgage companys do it at a certain time in the month or mine take a week or so to put it through another department. Also my mortgage company a couple of months back tried to change the payment date which i complained and refused about as it was to there advantage not mine and i thought it unfair they sent a letter saying it wouldnt be changed.
Good luck with the farmhouse table and chairs. Your place sounds amazing with all that wood. I hope the table / chairs have something to stop them scratching your nice oak flooring ?

    Hey Lucky,

Hope the floor goes down okay today! I bet you can't wait for it to be done. The last sealant coat went on my lounge floor this weekend, I have to say it's the best room yet. The grain in some of the boards is stunning and I find myself just staring at it, I've become some weirdo floor spotter!

Oh god the dreaded sofa hunt, I am with you on that one. I had my heart set on one, only to find it won't actually fit :( So now I have to go on the hunt and I really can't be bothered. I don't think I can get away with an oversize bean bag forever though so I had better drag myself out.

    Good luck in your search!

Oh wow they're gorgeous! Love the detailing on the back of the chairs. I actually need a table + chairs for my tiny kitchen but never thought to check gumtree for some reason... I know what I'll be doing come lunch hour!
