You do yourself a disservice LIL, you have done more than many would as a full time worker and parent anndd MFW! How do you have the energy?! :D

Ourcornercottage does P2P lending and she seems to be doing well. Last I remember she had made nearly £20 on £200 investment in under a year. I keep thinking about it and then... forgetting about it!

    Keep up the hard work!

    Hi there shagai
You have to copy and paste the imagine link or use the IMG tool hard to explain if you click a pic on google imagine for example right click it and go to the imagine page and copy and paste it in

Lucky, I appreciate your help but it left me as confused as when I started! Think I'll stick to posting a shared link from google drive!! My intention was to save my spreadsheets as an image and post the image rather than type or include a link!

    quick update
Had a lose in the family a week and bit ago now so haven't bothered with the house at all for a week now

I did however go to the bank yesterday and chatted to the manager and she seems to think i could get a mortgage with Lloyd's

Bare in mind iv only made 4 payment on my current mortgage

ow 65k ish settlement fee would be 2kish if i payed it off it one go

    rate is 6.4%
I think my LTV is around 65-70% currently ow 65k on a house worth 100k
if get one with lloyds the rate would be much much less around 2-3% so half

this would save me £100 or more a month and i would be paying off more off the capital each month

All good in theory but lets see if they will except me or not no harm in trying i guess
Now i have a mortgage i don't care to much about credit checks ect

Anyone see any problems with me doing this as it does seem to simple to me

Check out your credit rating at experian before you put the application through. Just make sure there's nothing on your file that shouldn't be there.

Good luck, it would be great to get on a lower rate!
