ditto, never had any problemsEight out of ten owners who expressed a preference said their cats preferred other peoples gardens0 -
I have noticed that prices have dropped slightly at Zog, the Saturn 24 v7 tariff is quite competitively priced and is now the third cheapest for me (Mercury 12 is slightly cheaper by £5 but the Saturn tariff has no exit fees so my options are open especially as Zog charge exit fees for internal tariff transfers)0

Great service from Zog, quick and easy transfer, meter readings submitted monthly; if I submit too late their estimates are reasonable and quickly updated to take account of my readings. Easy to do online and pdf statements are wonderfully clear, easy to read and understand-one of the best in my serial switching years!0

I'm now in my third year with Zog. Can't fault them at all. If only I could find an electricity supplier like them.0

... If only I could find an electricity supplier like them.
Zog are fully licenced as an electricity supplier - they obtained the licence early September 2017.

But so far, they have failed to take advantage of it to supply electricity themselves.0 -

That's a real shame. Perhaps its a more difficult market.0 -
From their Facebook page:Zog's_Facebook_Page wrote:We cannot wait to welcome you as dual fuel customers in the future. We are working hard to be able to offer electricity, this year. Keep your eyes peeled on our social channels for the news.
Also according to a Trustpilot follow-up comment Zog are working on a Online Customer Portal too! Happy Days!0 -

They had previously indicated it would be last year, 2018.

24 month fix with no exit fees on their current gas deal just shot to the top of my parameter. Perfect timing as my N-Power fix runs out 31st March.
N-Power offered me an exclusive fix which to be fair overall is about the same annual spend. However it is only for 1 year and has exit fee of £20.
Feedback looks great.0 -
Joining zog this weekend - engie contract just finishing end of march, a 2 ye fix is costing me an extra £1 a month, compared to an extra £10 a month with engie.0
