numpty buyers who supply all address details in lower case, but then send a INR request message all in upper case... seems they know how to use the caps key after all...0

Item not received, want my money back. - refund issued
Feedback then left - negative saying how poor the quality of the item is.

We have a problem which occurs rarely but it's a pain when it does. Buyer asks a question about the size of an item in fractions of a millimeter or maybe about the quality of something, is it a specific type of wood or steel. You reply in all honesty that you don't know the exact answer to the question. The buyer then simply buys the item with no further message or explanation, and then about a week or so later after receiving the item, raise a return request "not as described" or even it's still a pain, "wrong size doesn't fit". You would assume because we told them that we can't answer their question, that they were buying at their own risk, but no. The net result is, when people start asking finiteky questions in minute detail, you have to simply block them to begin with.Warning: any unnecessary disclaimers appearing under my posts do not bear any connection with reality, either intended, accidental or otherwise. I've had a real increase in NPBs in the last few weeks. I've gone from not knowing how to deal with an NPB, and getting lots of help from the lovely people here, to watching the automated "An unpaid item case has been opened" emails rolling in. Seriously NPBs, how much effort does it take to send a quick "I'm sorry, I've changed my mind" message? If you don't want it, tell me so that I can do a Second Chance Offer. Instead, I'm drumming my fingers and waiting for the case to close.© Cuilean 2005. Any connection between your reality and mine is purely coincidental.0

Those bloody annoying side bar ads that keep appearing at the side of the page and block half the screen. I don't care that I've been outbid!
Anyone know how to turn them off?0 -
I listed an item yesterday and got a big eBay header message "You are listing an item we have in our Catalogue, please use our catalogue search to ensure listing accuracy".
OK. Thinks I, and hits the catalogue search button.
....."No product found"
Goes back to submit the original listing:
"You are listing an item we have in our Catalogue, please use our catalogue search to ensure listing accuracy".
OK., benefit of the doubt, I reduce the description simply to the most generic name.

• The rich buy assets.
• The poor only have expenses.
• The middle class buy liabilities they think are assets.0
