Morning filled with dashing from hair dressers shops and then docs, just made it to work in time. DH has gone back to work so I'm going to have my HH just for me now as I think if I don't stop soon I'll fall over! Had a really funny turn when I first got to work but I think that was more becaus I slowed down and actually caught up with myself.
Hugs to all that need them.
Got my stash of patterns back from a teacher I'd loaned them to and she's decided to let me choose what she wants as long as it's cardi booties and mittens of some sort.
Got about a foot of knitting done while waiting at docs and hairdressers this morning.SPC~12 ot 124

We enjoyed the film on Tuesday (total hokum, but good fun) but I was totally unable to do anything whatsoever yesterday. Today I've made carrot'n'orange cake and a loaf (the latter in the BM) and I am totally tuckered out. This is not good.
On a more interesting note, we had a thumping great big fox in the back garden this morning! He wandered back and forth for a bit, and finally made his exit under the back fence. If your dog thinks you're the best, don't seek a second opinion.;)0 -
afternoon all. I'm creeping back in for the end of the week. I have not a hope of catching up with the thread, sorry otherwise all my flying time will be gone - so my best wishes to all.
going to pick up the squids from the cm in a minute, just having a coffee and a biscuit - the calm before the storm and will try to get a few things done before bed(lam).0 -
My flying today, has taken off and flown out of the window, no flying been done today what-so-ever. However, not too concerned as lounge is tidy, was done other day, and stairs and landing done on a regular basis this days!
I have, however, yet again, been to hairdressers, for DD to do another assessment.
Been to opticians, to be told, my eyes are getting worse, cause i'm getting old (40 this year) but not yet bad enough for glasses lol.
Most importantly, have vet round today, for tb testing, and we've passed, so some cows off to market soon
DS2 made tea tonight, homemade pizza, which was nice.
Off to visit friends soon, have a good night everyone.Loving life to the full, just need purse full too

Aww DS is now officially a Beaver 😀
But he's being a rather unpleasant one. Well, he was fine there but spoilt it afterwards with attitude. Shame. Last day of school tomorrow.
So not a lot done tonight as we were out but DD has read to me again :A a different book new to her, and I did tidy the kitchen after dinner.
I cleaned some floors earlier too. Not sure what we'll get done tomorrow, out to ballet and poss a bit of shopping as its on a retail park. I've got a tiny bit of paid stuff to sort tomorrow and the kiddies will need baths and early nights. DS has been told no pocket money or time on the kindle / wii until he sorts himself out... Hopefully the weekend will be a happier placeBossymoo

I have been to food tasting so I didn't need any lunch (rump steak nom nom) and I am going again tomorrow so I won't need any lunch then, either.
Got sewing machine out - have repaired trousers, bag for life (handle coming unstitched) and a cushion of DDs (is glowing with virtuous pride) and managed to get to hairdressers for a trim. And done some 'work' work! Woot!
All today's washing (bedding) line dried, ironed, aired and now away - Valli is clearly total domestic goddess :rotfl:Don't put it DOWN; put it AWAY"I would like more sisters, that the taking out of one, might not leave such stillness" Emily DickinsonJanice 1964-2016

You truly are and you make your own marmalade :T
I as always have not got too much done but I have visited Mum and got my ring back from being repaired.
I've got one of the gingers on my lap so I'm going to do a couple of froggy bits on here and then head up to bed.The birds of sadness may fly overhead but don't let them nest in your hair0 -

Thank you.
In all seriousness please bear in mind that I am on my own atm; I have had a week off work and I haven't had to deal with the stressful situations some other flyladies are dealing with.
And making jam and marmalade is a bit of a hobby, really...definitely not a chore.
Oh yeah - and I like ironing and am clearly wierd..Don't put it DOWN; put it AWAY"I would like more sisters, that the taking out of one, might not leave such stillness" Emily DickinsonJanice 1964-2016
