We've had to do the same over the years, no family have any idea how much debt we have and think we have loads to spare. We were always the first they asked to lend them money and most of it we never got back. We had to start saying no, I felt bad but it worked and they don't ask now.

So caught up with cleaning and laundry (minus half load) at plus ones. I have quite a lot more to go on 3bay now but only piled it up, haven't listed it yet. I have brought the charity bags to plus ones so hopeful to get shot of these ASAP. My locals where not accepting donations at the moment. All good on the food front just need TR's and plus one needs shampoo. Ordered a temp hair dye for the roots so that's me £5.50 down. I have at least 50 things to list now and not sure I'm that energetic with all the flat clearing etc.
Have five pound (ish) in PayPal so left that there for now.
I have £6.25 budgeted left for the week but only need coffee and milk so doable.
Decided to run down all the fridge /freezer and cupboard stocks.
Had wotsits for breakfast, and milky bar pudding for lunch and tuna pasta for tea. Not a good start on the breakfast and lunch front. Lol
Hope everyone is well,
Sam x

Good luck with the eBay listing, I've ordered things but never sold anything on there.LBM in April 17 - Starting card debt £33554

If you're not in a rush to sell, watch out for the cheap listing days. I'm not much of a seller myself but I have a friend who lists a lot of stuff. They draft all their listings and wait until the promo weekends which seem to crop up about once a month. They still get good prices for their stuff too.

Oh thank you that's a really good idea about drafting them ready. The only reason to do it was to just get it done but if it's saved in a draft this is just as good and could save me awful lot of fees. Going to give it a go today and see how many listings I can get done. I will have to order some posting bags or wrapping but I will reinvest this if I get a sale. My niece wants a coat so I will get that from any sales money and take the amount of any profits.
Wishing myself luck

First big expected bill in and paid off and up to date from EF that was £750 😕🙄 so one less worry.
Still waiting on HMRC bill and praying.
The other is an estimated/ circa £4k and the HMRC is a who knows amount 😢 I am not overly stressed as I have the funds (I hope) its just the time frames all the waiting and not knowing which is getting me down.
Deadline date is 19th of October for them to come back to me.

The phone app seems to have been much improved for 3bay, I take photos and do the basics on there then add any more text from the PC. Good luck xoDebt free May 2016... DFW#2 in progress

3bay update - i've got bids of £35 so far so very happy with that if people pay. I have saved some to list when I get the max £1 fee discount on Friday. I have joined the make £10 a day challenge.
Got 10 listings on today so not too bad! But hate the measuring as much as the posting.
If I get bored am going to try to bundle sell rather than list individually so one parcel rather than lots to post.
Plus one going to give me a lift to the charity shop at some point to drop off the donations before it gets to the point where I start pulling it out to sell it lol. I prefer to donate in all honesty as I really like the thought of someone getting a buzz off what they find and the funds go to charity. Good karma and all that.
I have been looking at minimising /decluttering his place but got to bide my time as only been here like a day or two. Who needs 3 tin openers and 20 teaspoons ha ha how rude am I.
Already thinking about Xmas but have a few Sept birthdays to deal with first. Heatings off but starting to feel it turning to autumn/winter.
Miffed about driving lessons as although my instructor says nearly ready for test can't get one booked for love nor money. Haven't even looked at cars but first car will be something cheapish and my Xmas gift, so then if it has a little bump now and then it's not so badinsurance is going to be a killer first year driving.
All plus one's things are very manly (ugly duvet covers etc) so I think we will make do with what's here until next year when we move out. He is very thrifty although I hope not miserably so.. all a learning curve learning to share 😁😉 it feels bizarre to be a 2 person, 2 dog house. Seem to be living on home made chips so life not all bad 😊😀
