Admittedly, no idea. I usually know when it's been about two weeks since the bedding was changed, then procrastinate for another week before it gets done. Towels are much more random. We all have our own big bath towel and they just get washed after I think they've been used at least several-to-half-a-dozen times. Bathroom hand towels get washed more often than bath towels (mostly because they're much smaller and easier to wash and dry!)
