    In windows manage on add page its saying upgrade to 8.1 maybe by doing that will fix the problem, tried troubleshooting couldn't find anything.

    8.1 will take an age to update. Got plenty time?

    All upgraded but IE is still crashing? Don't know what else to do now...

    Does any other browser work? Did you look at the IE post? #52

    Firefox seems ok but not been on long enough for it to crash, did look at post 52, tried troubleshooting no luck, and as to add ons, not many there as it's been refreshed. I wonder if its that asus live update? That as come back to life since the refresh but it hadn't been doing anything for a long time.

    Am on firefox now.

    Yes firefox is ok........ funny on old laptop Vista , IE used to play up and ended up using firefox instead.
