Give them a bit longer, it seems to take a while at the moment. If not after a week then follow it up with Romany.
I sent my completed researcher test in about a week ago and was accepted yesterday. BTW, don't worry about the 48 hours thing (they ask you to return the test within 48 hours) - I had mine sat in my inbox for longer than a week before I did it and I still got accepted.0 -
I waited for a month after submitting my test before I got my result. I started a week or so ago and I'm really enjoying it.Mortgage Free as of 03/07/2017 :beer:0

Hi folks,
I've just come across this opportunity. Is there still a very real opportunity for work or have so many people jumped on the bandwagon lately that vacancies will be few and far between.
Assuming that i qualify and pass the reviews/tests etc i do have a questions regarding payment.
I assume you get paid via BACS or Paypal and I note the message that you are self employed and have to fill in your own tax forms therefore:
I work full-time but want to do this as a part time 2nd income. How would this work regarding tax and self employment?
Also my wife is interested as she si currently house bound due to ill health and looking for home working opportunities. How would this effect incapacity benefit?
All help gratefully recieved.0 -

Paid monthly by BACS
You would have to register as self-employed and pay tax on all your AQA earnings 20% or 40% depending on how much you are earning. You can get a Small Earnings Exemption Certificate so you don't have to pay NI on self employed earnings below £4,825 per year.
Don't know anything about incapacity benefit.0 -

I am totally devestated...just had my contract terminated by AQA after only 2 months :O
I failed my review and all I did wrong was miss a couple of commers and format the date wrong (i.e. 20:20 rather than 20.20).
Has this happened to anyone else? Can I re-apply in the future?
Booo...I am crying at my desk as it was saving my life (I made £400 and was using it to pay off my credit cards).

Sorry to hear that. They are quite strict. What percentage did you get? What did they tell you? PM me if you prefer.0
