Gilly - they're not! I left a month or so ago because of that. During reviews they take a very dictotorial, explain yourself type attitude. No amount of 'sorry will make sure I write times correctly next time' will do. I think it depends on the SR but my experience was certainly that they expect you to grovel!

I got rejected as well, but I have been rejected twice before.

The last 2 times I applied, within 20 minutes of sending the application off the vacancy was removed from their website, and I was rejected fairly quickly. So it would seem they filled their positions then rejected all other applicants.

This time I got rejected after 3 days and I was a bit dissapointed as all of my answers were well written and researched and were all between 145-153 characters long. They were also considerably better than the answer I received when I used my 'free question'.

This rejection email was the first to have the only 2 applications maximum line in it, so I wonder if this means my previous 2 applications discounted this one (which seems a little unfair considering they appear to have been rejected because the positions were filled before my application could have been read). I don't know if I can apply again in 6 months, as this may be a new scheme, or not.

The person that I sent the application form to this time was different to the last two times though.

I sent mine back to Romany on the 21st, I sent an email to her yesterday just chasing it up.
  • Ive just applied and got a couple of questions.

Does this induction ive heard about mean actually going somewhere to have a induction in person or is it something online?

What does the test consist of and what are they looking for?

    Cheers in advance.
  • The induction is done via Yahoo Messenger.

I was accepted after just a few days of applying and now I'm actually working for them.

    It's hard work. Believe me.

I guess that my typo lost it for me, as I'm not in. I did pass Texpert, so screw AQA lol

Now I've just got to wait for a place ot open up.
