enjoy your AQAing

No worries, my friend, I didn't take it personally. You're right to point this out, tho.nick-mob wrote:Then I made a toolbar to make one click searching much faster accross different engines and sites etc.James

You know when you send the first e-mail to enquire do you write about youself, yours experience and attach a CV? As dont mind doing that but dont want to write loads and find its not needed.
What do you write in that first email you send them?0 -
In the very first email, all you need to do is quote the code from the vacancies page. I literally sent a blank email with just the code in the subject line!
Then they'll send you an application pack, which is fairly self-explanatory. It has an application form in it, which is the only place you need to write about yourself.0 -
Thanks for that advice jetfighter0

Does anyone know how often you have reviews? And how do they pick the answers - is it random selection or do they specifically look?
What happens if you fail a 2nd / 3rd etc review - are you automatically booted out or is there a probation type period where they check you more rigorously? And if you do fail are you still paid for the work you've done?
Just wondering about procedures without bothering my SR, who's not online very often.0 -
Reviews are monthly, but tend to be every 2 or 3 months the longer you've worked.
If you outright fail a review then your contract will be terminated, but your SR will sometimes give you a probationary period to improve your scores, i.e. only answer another 30 questions. If you consistently get bad reviews your SR will discuss it with you before termination.
You will get paid for all work you've done.0 -
