AQA successful applicants??

My one word of advice is to focus on the content of the question rather than how many you are skipping. During my first review my skip rate was ridiculously low but my SR said some of my answers weren't good enough.
I have since allowed the skip rate to go up and focussed on quality answers. My 2nd review was much better.
AQA want quality answers, not quantity. Focus on that and you'll be fine. Total debt £21,000 :eek:Weight loss to date - 2 st, 2lb:j0 -

Hmmm. I've been assuming that my SR is just insanely busy but a week is quite a long time to wait for a response, so I have just dropped her a polite email asking if she's managed to look at my first 30 answers yet - I hope I haven't irritated her by chasing it up! She's never online though, so I can't send her a less formal IM.
Back to sitting and waiting! It's so frustrating, because I am so eager to get started - I really enjoyed my first bash at it (addictive, indeed!) and didn't want to stop there. Let me back at that hard queue!!0 -
Occasionally I get a question I'd like to run past a SR, but they're all either offline, or busy... would anyone be interested in going on my yahoo list in case I occasionally need to get a 2nd opinion on a sensitive question?
PM me your details if soMy TV is broken!

Fay, on the ibresearchers yahoo group, there's an excel spreadsheet listing 'mentors'. These are people that have worked as FR's for a while and are happy to answer questions if no SR's are online. I currently have 54 mentors in messenger. There's pretty much always at least one of them online. Even when I've had questions at 4am, there's been someone there to help.0

Have sent you a PM Fay.
I too just thought about the mentor's list.0 -
This may well not be the best place to post this but just whilst i'm thinking of it could any exsisting FR's tell me how they deal with "who is so and so" questions? I often see responses that say "so and so from so and so is 1 of only 2 people in the country with this name" - where do you go to to find these answers coz those sort of questions are really starting to annoy me!! Thanks x0

further to my previous email. After nearly 3 weeks I have emailed them again asking to apply. I got the automated response again. Does anyone know if they are very busy at the moment with regards to recruiting?
thanks
chevI want a job that is less than an hour driving away from my house! Are you listening universe?

My recommendation would to do a search of the group that we have to join once accepted and search for "ego texts". There is a very good set of instructions regarding answering these type questions.0
