Which Broadband is the most Reliable and Fastest out of these 3 ISP's?

All broadband suppliers (except if you've got Virgin TV) will use the BT cabling between the exchange and your house so the speed is as good as that cabling and the distance between you and the exchange.
Most suppliers will also share the BT equipment at the exchange excepting that some will have their own equipment in the exchange - these are called LLU suppliers - have a look at the SamKnows website (https://www.samknows.com/broadband/exchange_mapping ) for your exchange to see who if any have their own equipment in the exchange.
Sometimes the LLU suppliers can be a bit better as there might be fewer customers hanging off the equipment and they might have more capacity on their main connections.
In the end it's a case of trying it out - I'm with TalkTalk (LLU) and they are faster and more reliable than when I was with Sky (not LLU) who were sharing the BT equipment. Although neither are all that good as I live 5 miles from the exchange so the limitation is the BT cabling. The Sky router was rubbish and the TT one is better.Never under estimate the power of stupid people in large numbers0 -
As long as there is no fault conditions with either the line, the exchange equipment, or the router, then they should both as fast and reliable as each other.0

Ok I am switching from Talktalk to PlusNet soon in a couple of weeks.
Here is my exchange:

Can anyone confirm that PlusNet will be more reliable than my existing Talktalk?0 -
Nobody can confirm this as we don't know the reason for TalkTalk dropping out. If you have a phone line fault, then you will have the same problem until that is addressed.0

Like I said earlier I was with Sky broadband first before switching to talktalk. I had no drop out issues at all with sky then start experiencing the issue with talktalk.
Then this assumes that there nothing wrong with my line?0 -

Maybe?
It could be poor LLU equipment, a loose copper pair, water dripping on to your distribution point or you were just unlucky enough to develop a fault at the time of the switch. That's ruling out there isn't any problems in your home environment.
If you're worried get a line test run by tech support. If there is a fault on outside of your home and it's not related to the LLU equipment you will carry it over to your next CP.0
