Had a good day today, spent £1.90 on lunch and have eaten: scrambled egg (one egg and another egg white) and one slice of toast for breakfast, a banana, chicken and sweetcorn pie (no pastry though
), mash and green beans and jelly for lunch, then a biscuit with a cup of tea (with sweetener), then pate on toast for tea.
Have also done some more online shoppingdid an order through Avon, 5 items for £5 ( bubble bath and shower gel for me and then kiddies bubble bath, shower gel and err ... something else can't remember! for ds) ... + 10% code and quidco, so all 5 itemd for £4.50 + 68p quidco :j Then I found another deal on hotdeals for wine from tesco and have ordered 12 bottles for £11 delivered !! I will use a couple in my movie hampers and a couple for other xmas pressies  Absolute bargain ... but .... I don't even drink wine :rotfl: oh, and quidco of 17p on that too!!

You've done well today benben. I've not done so well I'm afraid, had weetabix for breakfast and took ryvita and jam to work but by the time I got home at 530 I felt weak so I had 2 buns, a handful of peanuts and some savoury rice with some kind of sauce that was ready in the fridge:o
of and guzzled some fresh orange:o going to work it out in a minute and hope I've not gone too far over
So the moral is be organised and plan ahead!! But not going to let it deter me I'll just see it as a blip and make up for it tomorrow.
I hope you keep up the good work tomorrow.0 -

Today I have spent £1.90 on lunch. I got another £2 coin in my change and am now nearly at £100 in that piggy :j :j I am trying to decide what to do with that money, so far the options I've thought of are:
- spending money for holiday
- ds birthday party next summer
- new tv fund
- highlights and haircut for me
- mortgage overpayment fund

Hi Benben quick update from me on the food front. I've done pants today
wasn't organised again so ended up with not the best food. Started off well then went down hill, I've not counted my points but on the positive side I have not had any crisps, sweets, chocolates at all since I started this which is unusual for me. Didnt have any water either... Just pants I am! I am still hopeful I will have lost some weight though when I next weigh myself

Aha! You two are keeping an eye on your food! I am too - not really for weight, but because I've built up to eating too many of the things that undermine my immune system, and I've been "poorly" (virus-y) for weeks now. So, me too: chocolate, cow's milk and white sugar have gone out of the window, so I'm eating more veggies and ordinary carbohydrates. My danger point is tomorrow, when I'm out of the house for about 12 hours - its *so* easy to take the easy route and buy a sandwich - a cheese sandwich has so many things in it I'm allergic to, so I really need to take care.
How do you two cope with long hours out of the house?2023: the year I get to buy a car0
