When I feel like that I break things down into tiny chunks. I take one small thing which I know won't be too difficult for me to do and start with that, and work up to the bigger things. For example in your situation I might say tomorrow I will go for a walk. All of the bigger things can wait, I will just manage to do that one thing tomorrow and feel glad that I did it. Then add one more thing a few days a later. My psychotherapist always told me that the most important thing was continuing to function. Functioning might be washing a couple of mugs before retreating back to bed for the day, but it is doing one little thing and feeling proud of that and ensuring that you do something daily.
Other than that lists help me. I find things a lot easier if I can see what needs to be done laid out in front of me rather than having them whirling around inside my head. Then I slowly tick them off at my own pace.Until one has loved an animal a part of one's soul remains unawakened - Anatole France

As above, I break things down into much smaller, easier to manage bites and don't beat myself up if I can't get everything done.
I used to get really het up if I didn't get through my list, now I see any step forward, no matter how tiny (be that de cluttering or getting various jobs around the house done), as success. We made it! All three boys have graduated, it's been hard work but it shows there is a possibility of a chance of normal (ish) life after a diagnosis (or two) of ASD. It's not been the easiest route but I am so glad I ignored everything and everyone and did my own therapies with them.

A lot involves your mindset at the time. When there is a lot to be done it is easy to think of yourself of a failure if it seems overwhelming, so you become more depressed at what you perceive as your inadequacies and withdraw even more. It is learning to be proud of the smallest accomplishment, what you didn't get done isn't what is important, try to focus on achieving one little thing and be proud of that. Remember what you managed to do and replay yourself doing it in your mind, realise what you managed to accomplish despite feeling down and overwhelmed rather than what is still to be done.Until one has loved an animal a part of one's soul remains unawakened - Anatole France
