Ok, I have no idea what I'm talking about so feel free to ignore me.
But a few ideas (some slightly more practical than others this time of night) to help switch off a bit.

Progresssive muscle relaxation with a bit of visualisation and nature sounds (birds etc) used to work for me. (Not whale noises, they just make me want to run screaming from the room. And water makes me want a wee.)
And if you don't hear from me for a couple of days, I've tried a yoga pose and am trapped in the front room with my legs tied in a knot and Gitdog bouncing all over my head. I will need rescuing at this point. All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.

Not much else to say really, partly because I was on the most boring training course ever with a bunch of people who are so keen on their jobs they read books on it in their spare time and I realised I probably don't have the energy or the will to succeed in this career and I'm tired and also because I'm finding something in here a bit triggery.Eu não sou uma tartaruga.
