Anybody have a time machine? So i can go back and undo the stupid stuff i've done? And maybe go back to a time i felt happy.
Also just realised the last time i ate an actual meal was wednesdayi've had no appetite. Kind of hungry but kind of too depressed to do anything about it.

No, MU. But you don't need to go back and undo stupid stuff, because we all do stupid stuff and so your SS will work itself out.
You are IN a time machine, but it's taking you forwards to a happy future. Just have a think about how you can make the future as happy as you can. What can you do to give yourself a sense of achievement and build your happiness quotient? (Sorry to sound so preachy. But what I am trying to get across is that things WILL get better, and in the mean time if you can do something to feel happier in yourself it will help.)
And in the meantime, there are duvets and cakesEx board guide. Signature now changed (if you know, you know).0 -
Getting something to eat and trying to distract myself with a film might help. Being sat here dwelling on stuff certainly isn't helping. This is a system account and does not represent a real person. To contact the Forum Team email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0

To cheer you up....about 10 yrs ago I'd recently split up with someone. Got very, very drunk one night, thought it would be a good idea to call an ex. I didn't call the ex I'd just broken up with. I decided to call an ex from when I was 19. I didn't even have his number (it was so long ago, we didn't have mobiles when we went out). So I called his mum at about 1am and said I was a friend from school. For some unfathomable reason she gave me his number. I then text him and basically offered a booty call. Which he politely declined.

This is going to be my dragon's den venture, if anyone wants to go shares. (Code, you're techie, step into my lair..)
Some sort of app/mobile gizmo that is a combined breath tester/number blocker so that you can set in beforehand anyone it would be a really bad idea to drunk text. Possibly with additional email diverter that sends drunken emails into a holding folder to be reviewed when alcohol levels are back in normal range. With the option also block faceeache etc.
Anyone want to make their fortune? All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.

Good evening all! Welcome Chris!
Big hugs MU, I hang myself for stupid stuff I have done every night before I sleep but neither of us are to blame. Everyone has done stupid stuff, it is how we learn. I promise you will start to feel better again, we are all with you and supporting you.
I had a day of psychosis, I suppose it was inevitable after the mood dip. I have just woken from a long drug-induced sleep and feel better although still shaky. Elsien. I swear by wrist warmers. I wear them loads in the house. Long ones in washable fleece. I recommend Manbi as a make as they've lasted me years.
I layer up a lot. avoid touching anything too hot and use a warm drink or hot water bottle to hold. Also thermal socks keep my toes warm.
I had some outdoor battery powered gloves but they took a big round battery (C or D or something) so were too heavy.
