I love a good sunday roast with loads of gravy and mint sauce.

Not had gravy and chips. When I said urghh to that one day. Someone said that chips are not really that different to roasties.

The idea of chips and gravy together used to make me go urghh too! Then I tried it and loved it! Had it the other night with some vegetarian sausages!

And on a (not so cute) animal note, Gitdog has finally managed a whole training class without jumping on another dog's head. It may have been because he was too busy playing with the cones he was meant to be walking to heel round, but we'll take any progress we can get!

I know someone with a dog and he a right little git. Never does anything you tell him.

he is left alone during the day as my friend works. But he does not eat up the house.

So, I was hoping to sleep through this but apparently I'm not that lucky tonight.

I'm having an emotional drop, both from seeing the bf on Tuesday evening (but not overnight) and news of my somewhat obsessive ex.

Most of the belongings are packed, but a friend that was helping organise the move has had enough of being in contact with them and is refusing to deal with any demands being thrown at us. Honestly, I'm hugely grateful that they did it for so long!

But it leaves the situation with me not knowing when this stuff is leaving my flat, who is collecting it and what will happen if she sees me. One of the last messages (which I was told about as a warning) was that if we end up at the same social event then I am not allowed to ignore her and she will have a go at me for not talking to her. Apparently there was mention of a restraining order against me ? Cos I won't have contact? The police suggested I consider a restraining order, I think I need more evidence than I have atm. But ugh.

It hasn't really bothered me for about 2 months? Tonight, it's horrible again. So so horrible. I feel terrible, that this person is in so much pain to lash out like this, to be so convinced that I actively want to hurt them. I don't. I just want to be left alone

There is nothing wrong with the occasional shout, Pyxis. I do it very rarely because I have problems with my own anger but when I do it often helps. You know I am only just a few words on a page away. I am always here for you. Massive hugs.

I am so sorry, dragonette. Can another person go with you just to collect your things? Or even a mutual friend do so for you? They don't have to know the details, just be there as a witness for you. Big hugs.

    Well done, Gitdog!

Calley, I am 46 and sleep with a cuddly penguin. On the last count I had 54 stuffed toys. This will be going up because I still want a Leafeon.

All this talk of food is torture, I have been living off of banana's for 2 days! Because my sleep pattern is ruined I have been missing meals, I get up when WaSp goes to bed and vice versa so we aren't managing to get the time together for lunch or dinner so are both snacking. This has to change today, I need real food and so does WaSp!

Thanks WaS :) sadly, the things need to go from my flat to theirs, wherever that is. I just need to know when it's being collected really.

Somehow, and I don't know how, the items smell worse than stale smoke. And feel kinda greasy? I suspect being in that cupboard won't have done them any good.

I'm feeling less concerned about running into this ex now - I'm very lucky to have good friends around me who will cheer me up. Just, sometimes, being awake and lovely at night makes it all so much worse.

A friend recently had a triggering experience and I'd like to be there for them, but I'm finding it is making me close to triggering too. Emotionally things are quite the balancing act atm!

WaS - I hope you get a proper meal tomorrow, just snacking for days isn't really good for you. Hope you've got some sleep too!
