Feel like I am in a massive bubble today. Also, I hate Tuesdays.

Pretty much every Tuesday I'm convinced it's Wednesday. Which usually results in a tantrum when I realise how much week is left.

Have tomorrow off :D, but that's for a job interview :undecided.... why can't I just sit in the garden with a good book and a sleepy cat??

If you need help there's always the Joey Tribbiani way:

Monday, one day. Tuesday, two day. Wednesday, when? Huh? What day? Thursday! The third day! Okay?

  • All good thoughts for the little one, Indie, what a worrying time for you.

I feel much better with pain control and am out of bed for the first time in 4 days! Bits of me still hurt more than usual but it's far less painful.

Today the fire alarm has been going off randomly while the fitters wire up a new box and the hallways. I have lost count of the amount of times that I have jumped out of my skin. But we are on the home stretch, there will be a final inspection by the insurance company at the end of the month and if they approve of the changes it is all over. I can't wait!

Glad you're feeling better WaS! :)

Hope the little one improves quickly Indie, its so worrying when babies are poorly but they're so strong and bounce back very well.

I'm glad it's Wednesday, hump day! It's usually my least manic day of the week so I can actually catch up with stuff. It's a beautiful day! :)

Only got three hours sleep Monday night, due to the time of the flights the next day, and was feeling unwell with this cold, which I've still got. So staying in bed this morning, but have to drag out to a routine mammogram this afternoon....don't want to change the appointment.

Edit. That's a nice outfit, Mellymoo, smart yet comfy and cool, and respectful without being too 'funeral', iyswim!

MIL would have liked it (shoes in particular) she would have wanted the dress a bit brighter.

I added a bowl of crunchy nut cornflakes to my food intake for yesterday (go me) throat is broken so wanted to scrape the nasty off.
  • Actually managed to sleep last night but just want more sleep now!

Very nervous about my job interview, but it's not until 3pm so time for a nice bath and a little nap beforehand when I get home.
