OK, am a lil bouncy at the thought of colouring supplies. Going to assume this means is a good idea to try! And if not, no harm done:AStarting again on my own this time!! - Defective flylady! :A0

Hahahaha! Yay! I have lots of crayons, colouring pencils and felt pens. I also have colouring books and sometimes colour pictures in them. Simply using crayons again can cheer me up so much, it is allowing myself to be little for a while.
If you use a dark colour crayon to represent your bad thoughts remember to shade the colour very lightly, then you can use pressure to colour over it in the colours you love the most or draw happy pictures over it! Or use colouring pencils for the bad colours. Crayons or felt pens will colour over the top of them!

Guess not. Hope you're all having a nice sleep with good dreams. I'm going to try to meditate in an attempt to calm down and if that fails, take a couple of pills to knock me out (just the allowed dose).
I was up till 3 but did not check the board ,I will try to check in future so please post if you need to.The dark thoughts are always worse at night. You could always ring the Samaritans they are always there to listen.0 -
Oooh! I wish I were near you WaS! I'd love to help with llamaKevin training!
Had a very interesting day seminar all about the history of public transport! Fascinating! Starting with Thames river boats in Tudor times, and ending with the latest buses and Eurostar trains!
It could have been a weekend course, really! Very, very interesting!(I just lurve spiders!)

I've had a relaxed day. I keep feeling like I "should" be doing something vaguely interesting or constructive to make good use of my free time, but if I do it seems to leave me very little time to do the boring things I need to do. This 9/5 routine is taking a lot more getting used to than I expected after doing shifts all my working life. All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.
Pedant alert - it's could have, not could of.0 -
Well, Elsien, if you only have you to think about, then do what you feel like doing, not what you 'should' be doing!
Who cares if there's a bit of dust about, or some weeds in the borders!
Please yourself!(I just lurve spiders!)

Elsien, i tend to find that relaxed time is more useful than doing ' something ' Maybe it was exactly what you needed?
Pyxis, that does sound interesting! What sort of evidence did they have for the Tutor/Stewart periods?:AStarting again on my own this time!! - Defective flylady! :A0 -

Just that travelling up the Thames was so much easier than travelling overland.
And quicker, in some respects!
And today, it still is!(I just lurve spiders!)
