I'm not over 30 so can't take it accurately, though out of curiosity made my age 2 years older and it said my heart age is about 30, and that i'd get to 76...which considering i'm technically obese puts my mind at ease a littleThis is a system account and does not represent a real person. Yes, strangely I feel more positive about exercising and trying to be healthy now that I have the chance to be around to enjoy the result!:heartsmil When you find people who not only tolerate your quirks but celebrate them with glad cries of "Me too!" be sure to cherish them. Test reckons 81.
Called the 101 number and left a message for the Community Policing Team.
Feel a lot calmer now.
When I get home this morning, I've decided to catch up on the telly, maybe watch a DVD and have a duvet day.
The forecast says good weather for Tuesday - I might do some weeding then. Don't know what I'm doing, but doing it anyway... :huh:0 -

My team did very well at competition this weekend.
I wish I'd booked today off work though.

Right - have put on 9lbs of the 23 I'd lost. Am back over a significant stone barrier (if that makes sense) and am not impressed with myself! Back on MFP today, have to get this in hand.
Still no further forward with house stuff. FOH and I spent ages last night trying to work up the courage to sign the forms. Neither of us could do it, so we played on the xbox and ignored it all instead.0 -
It doesn't seem to work on phones or tablets. I suspect it uses flash.
I am very conscious of my weight here and its not like I'm walking around in a bikini or anything revealing. I feel like everyone is staring at the big, huge fat person. It started on the very small seats on the plane, where I started worrying that I wouldn't fit (I did) and I'd need a belt extender (I didn't). Of course, they could be staring at the palest person they've ever seen in their lives as I am actually blue but I feel very uncomfortable.
Also, I made an effort to learn a few words of Portuguese, only to get here and discover I've learned accidentally learned Brazilian Portuguese which pronounces things differently. So I wasted all that time practicing phrases on dumbass dog.
But its lovely here and we're walking loads. I set a new record on my pedometer yesterdsy.Eu não sou uma tartaruga. Eu sou um codigopombo.0 -
That learning will have been good for your brain code, new knowledge is never a waste... also a good excuse to book another trip somewhere else so you can use it
Hope you're both having a great time, enjoy! x
