If they do evict you they'll have to keep paying the property owner their guaranteed rent until they find a new tenant... which doesn't sound like very clever business practice.
Let's settle this like gentlemen: armed with heavy sticks
On a rotating plate, with spikes like Flash Gordon
And you're Peter Duncan; I gave you fair warning

Just had this email from them -
    >
    > Once we have received the amount of £2,160.00 by the end of business today we would be more than happy to release you're a copy of the contract.
    >
    > Until such time we have received the agreed prepaid six months' rent the contracts remain the property of Northwood Hereford.

Ignore Elliott and don't bother contacting Northwood again about this. If they don't want to give you a copy of your signed tenancy agreement then fine. I bet it doesn't say anything about paying rent 6 months in advance which is why they're trying to extract £2,160 from you before giving you a copy.

At the end of your 6 months fixed term just start paying your rent monthly. What are they going to do? Take you to court to get an eviction notice when you're paying rent? That doesn't make any business sense.

They'r all jumped up little poop heads there. They've put a to let sign up & started advertising it in their office now.

They're just doing it to bully you into paying - they've already got your payment up until the end of your current tenancy so tell them to jog on!

You've paid £60 for a renewal that you haven't got. In my eyes you're entitled to a refund.

The can only add fees to a renewal, but as you have been told many times you don't actually need to renew - the tenancy will continue all by itself after the fixed term is up, until they give appropriate notice, and then take it to court to get you out, which would be very silly if you are paying rent.

Stop talking to them. Do not pay anything else other than the monthly rent amount when it becomes due.

    What for?!

    STOP!

You have a tenancy, it goes rolling monthly after six months.

Just phone them ( if u really want to),

'Hi x, There are two options, one you provide me with a copy of the agreement, signed. And I have 6 month fixed. 2 I go rolling SPT and u refund £60'.

Or just tell them to go outside and multiply.

I've decided to tell them to go bag. It's not worth the stress. I can't believe they want to charge me for advertising the place to rent!!!!!!!!!!
