Ah - now I understand. A user who was kicked off for breaking the rules! Perhaps Nathan Spleen is another user who's initials are the same.
Disgruntled users - always makes me chuckle. Can't abide by simple rules, then it's everyone else's fault when they are changing their username daily to go to a site they clearly can't stand.
