CY great news on the job.
WW ditto on the driving test
    Ionafan and the home
    MW I like the flat.

    Lots of celebrations going on.
Woke up to snow, but pretty wet stuff and it's gone now.
Did Ald1 and Sainsb0b as needed different things; got home after such a marathon to find I'd left Mr N's aspirin at the till so had to drive back again.
Did few tidying cleaning type bits (not a lot).
Wrote some of a report (ditto).

Mr N rather taken aback having had his bluff called; for some time now (way prior to his illness) he has been feeling it may be best to re-home his horse. I tried not to enter the decision as it isn't my horse, time, money or whatever; actually I disagreed but didn't want to influence him. Anyway yesterday he emailed the lady he bought the horse from 10 yrs ago to see whether she would like him back - she answered today and said yes. If he's got to go, we are pleased it will be back to her as she'd had him since a foal and only sold when she had 3 young children. Seems she is now looking for a horse for the eldest daughter, now 15. Funny, when Mr N first mentioned it I thought of the daughter - I get funny 'intuitions' like that sometimes. Seems he was sure she would turn the offer down :(.

Anyway sorry that's not flylady talk although it will certainly be decluttering of a large kind.
Remember...a layer of dust protects the wood beneath it.

Just looking into the student finance forms :):( they seem ok apart from child income bit. I will look at it again over the weekend.

Took an hour to clear the snow & ice off my car to take DS1 to the Paediatrician. He has been discharged as he is 18. He is to stay on medication and get them from the gps. I foresee probs as surgery has 16,000 patients.

Sofa throws 2of 5 laundered to remove paw prints.
    Ground floor henried
Sneaky lunch out with good friend
    Old friend phoned
Drawer contents decluttered. (Quite a few boxes of ood contact lenses chucked.) not mse but no good for anything. Packaging recycled.
Green wheelie contents collect by bin men
    Dailies done

Pigpen hope your results are ok. I'm waiting for mine too. Beautiful photo of DD2, x
Iona hope the home works out for you friend. Stick thrown for your DH bd x
CY great news for DD's young man. Hope he enjoys his new job. Sorry about the flat news x
Narc0 Hope Horse decision goes well. A tough one to make x

I HAVE A FRIEND.... see, told you there was not a piglet! Gosh how I missed her.. she heard her name and came running.. she is suitably chastised and the relief is palpable in here.. my head is hammering still but there isn't a single chicken to be seen.

DS3 is very... confused... we have had a discussion on transgender and gender reassignment surgery.. He has been speaking to the diabetes nurse and the school nurse at school this week and tonight we discussed whether he felt the psychologist with the diabetes team might help hammer out some of the things he has issues with.. I made him tell me whether he wanted an appointment or not, he kept saying maybe and I explained why maybe wasn't good enough.. we cannot waste the time of this woman and it has to be his decision and he has to be the one to say this is what I want I need this to be fixed. He finally said yes I honestly thought he'd say no and while it adds a 4th person into our appointment schedule that's better than him being in the place he is now. I wouldn't even say he was miserable but just confused. Hopefully if it straightens out the sexuality feelings, the daddy issues, the diabetes issues etc or even just 1 of them then it is worth the hassle.

Sometimes I am very pleased we have a 'no holes barred' family.

I'm going to bed before I eat myself out of house and home.. tomorrow I need the headache to be gone and the motivation to fling to remain.. I want to get my room sorted.. or I might do the front room, it's pretty hideous in there with all the stuff from the car while we have the hire one.. we are hopefully getting our car back at the end of next week! I can't wait.

    Morning
Well done to wendy DD and glad your visitor finally arrived pigpen x

We managed a small lie in with all of us asleep until 7.15 :T

Just scribbling on my planner for next week. How is it only 2 weeks until half term? Yikes!

Today I am on floor duty. Main bathroom floor needs a good scrub and the house wants vaccing through. I may even do the stairs :A

Might also relegate DS cards to conservatory, or even put them away altogether. We'll see how receptive he is to the idea...

Will get the heater on in the conservatory soon - expecting my dad this morning so we can multitask and have a natter out there while finding homes for new toys. Not that he really does nattering IYKWIM

But we want brekkie and shower first!

    Morning all

A little bit of sleet here today but that is all. Feeling a bit exhausted and under the weather so having a cuppa in bed with the gingers going mad on the bed.

Piggers, so happy she has arrived, hopefully the raging PMT will go now

WW brilliant news on your DD passing.

I want to finish the little bit of ironing I have and put the board away first this morning and put the feeder back in the garden. I can see the fire being lit and a lot of pottering going on. DH due back later on tomorrow and I need to spend time sorting out DS1 aswell.

Admire your attitude, you are a great Mum.

Anyhow, having a brew before I start the paid stuff. My ink cartridge has run out and I have to find somewhere open on a Saturday that sells them round here. This is when you wish you weren't 25 miles from the nearest T@sco or A@da.

Its pouring down here too. Luckily I did some washing yesterday. Right, need to crack on!

Had a great day yesterday and finished the list!

Ds2's room is clear of all out of grown clothes and toys. Just need to do ds1s next week.
When hubby got home he even volunteered some t shirts to go in cs bag!!!

This morning we have both decluttered a run (separately as the kiddies need someone to stay with them!). Both had showers, snack and a cheeky half an hour doze!

Ds2 has a party 2-5 so going to do an hour on the kitchen as we naughtily didn't do it last night and have all the breakfast pits to do!

Hubby went to fix the wm last night and they have sent us the wrong part! Grr! It does mean that some more has been sent to mum! :A:T we are looking at the end of next week now!

    Have a good day all!
