Damn. Just got really excited and came on to log my second NSD of the month and then remembered that I did spend. Three times. How did I miss that!?

  • Greetings all, apologies for the mankini on the washing line. My servant has no discretion. Rest assured I will be severely reprimanding him (namely by way of lashings using said mankini).

Whilst Mr S. Ervant was offending the neighbourhood I was managing not to spend, therefore NSD#2 and 2 in a row for me.

I need to but my lunch and stuff today so won't get another one but may be able to sneak a few more in thisweek provided I pull my finger out and make my lunches!!

Now...can someone pass me the factor 60...my pasty Scottish skin can't cope with this sun!

No NSD for me today. Had to get a gift for a new baby we're visiting this evening.

Budgeted a meagre £13. Spent £11.25. Winner winner chicken dinner!

Spendy, spendy day for me !!

£75 insurance excess for new windscreen, then £10 for 2 new wipers (though I went and got the latter from my local garage, rather than accepting the 'double the price' offer from the windscreen chap - which I guess means it was a more frugal day than it could have been ;))

I have someone coming to look at my combi on Friday (£48 just to look at it and let me know if it can be repaired, and how much it'll cost if it can!) which means that'll not be an NSD either, and am waiting on someone to call with an estimate to sort out my tumble dryer which'll lose me another at some point (hasn't been heating up as well as it should for a while, to the point it's now taking 2.5 hours to do bath sheets - not good when DS1 uses a fresh towel every day! figured I may as well get all the repair bills out of the way while I'm on a roll :D)
