Already a spendy day over here!

I need some incentive to give our house a good spring clean so I ordered myself some flowers to arrive on Saturday (only £5 for anyone so mortified by blatant unnecessary spending!)

I won't let myself put the flowers out until they are in a house worthy of them!

  • marmite, Swedish Chef is having a mega-strop because the fuzz have still got his bazookie and he can't go out hunting chickens. That means we are stuck with a diet of yam, yam, yam and yam with lashings of kinky and Fufu. Unless.......the Nargle cogs are now whirring........here I am, brain the size of a planet, and I have to sort out stuff like this.....tomorrow we launch a lightening raid on Nairobi nick and steal back the bazookie!

Yes, I can see it now, kermit in his Agent Mankini leopardskin thong thing together with pole-dance queen kerri and Hubert, our incontinent stiletto-shoe wearing donkey, can set up a diversion whilst the rest of us chuck in smokebombs filled with Igor's Brussels sprouts curry. Leaving the way clear forknitwitch to swoop in on her broomstick and liberate said bazookie. Easypeasy chicken dinners all round!

So, after dinner tonight (roast yam) we will finalise the details.

Ready to go on safari, gang? Let's go see some heffalumps!

Stop what you're doing everyone.I have wondrous news, which means that we won't have to raid The Nairobi Police Station in order to free the seized bazookie!

Swedish Chef, being so enraged by the confiscation of his beloved bazookie, completely forgot that he had hidden his 'boom boom' in Igor's 'Y Fronts,Emergency,One Pair Of -Only To Be Used In Extremis' box.Said box is always in Igor's possession. In fact,it was a present from his parents, when,at the tender age of 27,he left home for the first time;a young and innocent laddie, keen to make his mark in the world.Yes,that's right:those Y fronts have been with him ever since,a faithful friend when times were tough, and he had nothing but a hole in the road to call his bed, working his fingers to the bone, eight days a week, and all this despite only having mouldy vegetable peelings for breakfast.Yes,this.......zzzzzzz.......zzzzzz.

    Sorry.Got a bit carried away. :o

Since no-one has ever dared open the box  (apart from our beloved cheffie, that is),it passed through customs without further incident. :D

Now Swedish Chef is running around like a mad thing, shouting 'boom boom chicky boom boom',so I guess that's our supper taken care of. :j

So,let's all have a big party to celebrate!! :j:j:j:j

    PS more silliness,I know :o
    Update to follow....

All that charging around photo-shooting heffalumps and G-raffs means no time for spending so here's NSD Number 2 to go in the Cauldron of Doom!

You did pack the Cauldron of Doom, Igor? Where did you put it? Out the back? Near the sewage outflow pipe? You do realise that if the monsoon starts we will all need to put on wellies to trudge out there and put our NSDs in the Cauldron? And as time goes on things could get a bit, how shall I say, un-fragrant out there? Not to mention that, if the wind changes, the stink will come right into our bedrooms.

Whose idea was it to let Swedish Chef organise the booking of this cesspit-masquerading-as-a-holiday-lodge?
