I was nearly head on with a car going through a red light at speed today.
No doubt thats the exception to the rule for your purposes.

Someone who is hopefully carrying an organ donor card, so that their inevitable death will not be pointless.

Or like the !!!!!! in a car who almost ran me over this morning while on a pedestrian crossing or the !!!!!! pedestrian who walked from between parked cars directly in front of my car while staring at their phone.

That describes motorists far more than cyclists. The vast highway network has engineered to accommodate motorists to a much greater extent than other users. Despite this motorists endlessly complain about any delay or inconvenience to them while causing thousands of deaths per year..
