However - the reason I made a mistake was that you gave me 40 pages of rambling, repetitive, convoluted, self-contradictory, information to spend an hour or so trawling through for a job that took half an hour".
You wait until you read the rambling, repetitive, convoluted, self-contradictory, 190 questions in the report - and all for £7.00.
Wow. :rotfl:0 -
Can you remove the fee please as per the first post.
Thanks.0 -
Hmm, can anyone techy savvy help me please? I'm supposed to be able to complete my calls using my tablet. I can get into the web forms using a browser (the actual app won't work for me at all), but when I try to press "complete" so that I can actually see the customised questions for the visit, it tells me I need Silverlight. Silverlight doesn't work on my tablet. I've tried the Android tablet and the ipad, and same thing there. Support gave me some advice but it doesn't relate at all to the problem, so I'm mystified as to how everyone else is completing their calls really. Only way around it now is to do it all on paper which is a right faff!

That was a ficitious example, not based on a real company or real end client rate. I just plucked a figure out of thin air.0 -

if GAP, then I know of no tablet that works with it. Previously, you could use a standard web browser and use Safari as normal, however now you are directed to their 'mobile' site with no option to reject it and the tablet is no further use.
Incredible, isn't it?0 -
It's the sister company of IMS. Can't get it to work at all on tablet, via browser, or using phone. Back to ye olde parchment method, it is.

Has anyone done anywork for Store Checkers? Eventually picked up my first assignment for them and can't believe the amount of commentary they want on the report for the fee. Had to pick up a rather 'crappy' slot machines shop in order to prove I can do MS work for them. Lots of observations required and lots to remember and wondered if this was the 'norm'?0

Yes. I'm afraid it's the norm and the reason that I no longer do much for them. Life is too short to spend four hours writing a report for them.0
