  • I agree Evelyns and Mysteryman, I have worked for them for 3 years and have done the same things over those 3 years and they seem to be finding problems with the same jobs that they have never questioned before in 3 years I have worked for them.

I haven't had jobs questioned yet. They are just being slow to approve them - which can lead to payment delays.

Either way, I like a quick approval - then I know it was correct, I'll get paid and I can do repeat jobs in confidence or erase the visit from my memory.

ESA have always taken an age to approve jobs for me, frustrating it is.
Mind the way their fees are going it won't matter soon.

Does anyone have any unbiased constructive views on itincognito and HS Brands International (Service Sleuth) ?

I have nothing constructive to say about ITSincognito - but my rather negative experience probably means I am biased.

    Hi
Has anyone did those ESA jobs that are hanging about at the moment for the mystery shop/audit? For the deceased?I was looking and I could do a run of them and make some decent money as I live locally, but they just feel wrong. Not sure if it just me being sensitive.

No they are absolutely fine, the people are always nice and it's mostly an open audit so it's not difficult, but you have to be "over a certain age" to be able to take one which is why they hang around I guess. Also I think there is a 9 month cycle on them in case you get recognised coz it wouldn't let me pick any up this time even though it feels a long time since I did them...

Aww thanks for that,I was feeling like it would be a bit underhanded.I can pick up so many for a certain scenario,so like you say it must be that.I may go for it then :)

Just read ESA's brief for the car visits. It's shockingly poor pay for the work.
