The report was so easy when the client was with ICS before Christmas - just the quick answers & questions type with occasional comments. Now ESA got them and want a narrative plus photo for such a low fee. If we do not pick the assignments they might put the fees up (well, at least similar to the fees that ICS offered for those visits before).0 -

I gave up on ESA a while back. I found with too many jobs that the fee was often too low for the amount of effort involved. Also, their reporting platform was unstable and I disliked having to write to a specific wordcount too. All far too much bother.0 -
It was International Service Check that used to have these assignments.0

Same here; the travel agency fees aren't worth all the effort (waiting time, report and follow-up call). I have done small convenient store visits last month only because they were quick and hassle free. Their frozen stores are ok but I haven't seen those assignments for a while.0 -
Yes, the travel ones are a joke too. You sit there for an hour if you're lucky going through all the travel options. Very time wasting. I'd do it if they paid an additional tenner, that's what I feel they're worth.0

Those puffing billy's home jobs were the best - last year. Took minutes to do and the fee was pretty good for the work involved. A bit of faff sending back the materials but still good. This year they lowered the fees.0 -
It's been quite an opening 12 pages to this forum. I'm sure we have enough content and drama for Amber Arch The Movie.0

I am waiting to see what they do this year on those jobs. Probably take some more money off the fee.
I did the travel agents once for them at a higher fee and even then I did not think it worth it - and who actually asks for a business card in a travel agent. The job 'flags' MS in town
If they keep lowering their fees they are going be heading towards MF and RA territory.0 -
Talking about RA territory, I have just seen this info on their home page (for shoppers). HTH
