I'm much more of a part-timer than many of you guys and though I've been registered with service measure for a while I haven't done a great many jobs for them.

However, I find their approach refreshingly different from many other companies. No demands on putting in dates, no constant reminders, no long meaningless narrative in reports.

In short they appear to treat me like an adult, which contrasts with some companies that I do a lot more work for.

I have to agree with what's been said about quest/service measure. An excellent company to work with and always helpful and polite when answering emails.

I need to take a couple of items back and swap them over for a different size. Anyone done this? Obviously the receipt has a n.o. written on the top but I could trim it off? I am not trying to get a refund.

Yeah, I've done this. Just trim it off the top or if you can't do that put an area code in front of it and it looks like you have scribbled down a telephone number on it. As long as you aren't getting a refund on something you aren't allowed to then not usually an issue;)

A big black marker works wonders :-)

I normally do any exchanges at another branch just to be sure I'm not outed.

Has anyone done any assignments for ESA this month? When I look at my pay history they're all still pending validation. It seems to take an age for them to get approved for payment. Last month they missed paying one altogether and said they'd do it this month but it's still pending.

I've worked for them for 6 years. This is the first time they've been so late in approving them. I'm just seeing if everyone else is experiencing the same or its just me. If it's just me, I'll contact them.

Yes, I've found them very slow this year. They caused a couple of my Jan jobs to fall into this month.

Surely they can't be trying the same trick with my Feb jobs - I did them over a week ago - but they are still pending approval.

Has anyone did those ESA jobs that are hanging about at the moment for the mystery shop/audit? For the deceased?I was looking and I could do a run of them and make some decent money as I live locally,but they just feel wrong.Not sure if it just me being sensitive.
