Will someone PLEASE do some of these credit card audio visits?
I get at least 2 emails a day about them. There seems to be about half a dozen agencies hawking them.
I might do things like this but since the last credit crunch and multiple misselling scandals, you can't seem to simply take out a credit card or open a savings account at a bank any more. They want you to make an appointment to "discuss your needs" with some gel-haired youth called Lee.
It makes it all so long winded and tedious - both MSing these products or actually getting them.
No wonder the MS jobs aren't shifting and people get their financial products online!0 -

Who wants to go and pick up a takeaway twice in one day, the second visit being between 10pm and 1 1pm at night? (Classed as evening on the brief). All for a measly fee. Yep, I'm going to give up my Saturday night for that one.0

And the reimbursement will not cover the spend either.0 -

Are you trying to tell us that listening to endless, repetititive compliance statements being read out is not the most thrilling part of your day?0 -

I used to do some work for Service Measure and found that they were frequent late payers, even when there were no issues, and they often quibbled over silly litte things like insisting that you have an itemised receipt for hotels and restaurants that never gave me an itemised receipt in the first place and wouldn't either. Not all do.0

So true, Gary is great.0
