Someone murdered in house

If it was a messy murder, I think I'd find myself wondering if this corner, or that wall, had had blood/gore/brains on, and probably obsessing over it a little too much. No thanks.
On the other hand, a polite and tidy poisoning wouldn't be a bother.3.9kWp solar PV installed 21 Sept 2011, due S and 42° roof.

Depends on the nature of the murder and who the murderer was.
Body parts stuffed in the chimney and underneath the floorboards? No thank you. You'd never be sure it had been cleaned properly.
A break in because the property is isolated and vulnerable, or has some kind of flaw in its security design? No thank you. Might happen again.
Now, if it was relatively self-contained (crime of passion rather than multiple victims over many years, all body parts identified and cleaned up) and there were no unknown persons involved (if a family member kills another family member, chances are it's not the house's fault, the murderer was welcomed in), then maybe.0
