Shebang also offer capped contracts, so that is 4, but Greenmobile don't seem to offer capping on their contracts, so it is now 4 versus 9. This still means only a minority of contract providers offer capping (although capping seems not as rare as it once was).

Grumbler's post where he mentions 2 of them was not edited before sent.

I therefore declare Grumbler the overall winner of this pedantic argument,

On a pedantic note I guess you meant "edited after sent".

TBH, Shebang does ring a bell, but have never heard of Greenmobile.

    Ooops! Yes I meant after.

Greenmobile is not particularly good value which is probably why it is not seen on MSE, but it does exist

I supposedly have a buffer on Three too, but it doesn't appear anywhere that I can see when I log into my account. I have also read that bizarrely many providers seem incapable of limiting the use of a roaming contract phone until several hours have passed, yet they won't let a PAYG run one penny over it's credit amount.

Three cut me off mid call when I reached my £30 buffer when in Malaysia.
