How have people managed after saying already registered and logging in with existing customer number? When I then select the Invest in NI option in sidebar, it says I have to logout to do so. If I try the Deposit option, it offers just my existing Premium Bonds. If I start again and say I'm not registered, it eventually comes back with a "This NI number already in use" message.

After 2 hours and an application that crashed I give up.
Take my advice at your peril.

I wonder how many people have had £10,000 or even £20,000 sitting in a current account earning nothing during January just waiting for the implementation day to be announced?

It accepts my customer No and name and goes to next page, then accepts password digits but no next box to click.

scroll down; depending on your display options it may be off the page

  • Does anyone have contact details for the appropriate ombudsman to report this (state-sponsored) scam?
frugalmacdugal says "it's got to be held for at least a year" but, if it's any good it will quickly sell-out, probably to retired bankers.
