Flipping heck I thought Id just email them for forms , but even that is unaccessible . Ah well, if Im meant to have them--great . If I miss them then it means I was definitely meant to upgrade the lounge suite and carpets ,Im sure of it.

The money I would think of putting in, is in an ISA at the moment. I do not pay tax so if they are taking interest off what is the actual percentage of interest you receive on both please.

3 yrs is too long for a pensioner to wait IMHO.

  • Have spent two hours at this so far. Have got onto the site about 7 times, but each time it rejects my customer number, which I have in print before my very eyes. Phone? Forget it.

It accepts my customer No and name and goes to next page, then accepts password digits but no next box to click.

No; read the thread with the early release details that's been running since late last year.
The questions that get the best answers are the questions that give most detail....
  • I had a coffee and some toast, and I tried again.
This time I got further along the long and winding road, I even began and nearly completed the login process to the NS&I site. It timed me out while it said it was logging me in!
This certainly does look like fraud to me. Should I involve the Police yet?
