How did you manage to get any Bumfff on this offer?
Lots of those above cannot.0 -
Thank you Cold Iron....applied for maximum, accepted online, no problem with paying by debit card.
Forms being sent by post to sign and return.
I think you will probably be the only pensioner on here who struck lucky today. You must have been first in the queue before the site crashed.0 -

If not, does this amount to fraud?
I heard on Radio 4 this morning that there is only a certain monetary amount available, and on tv just now that they will be available for months.
Don't think you will be able to claim 'fraud' if you don't get any.I know these bonds cannot be registered for gross interest under the R85 scheme.
Can anyone advise a PAYE pensioner how to reclaim the tax paid at the end of financial year?
I think you would need to claim through a self assessment return.0 -

have a look at page 4 here, 'When your bond matures'.0 -
and now NS&I won't even let me login!
time for a coffee!
In response to Frugalmacdugal "I heard on Radio 4 this morning that there is only a certain monetary amount available, and on tv just now that they will be available for months." Those two statements are probably incompatible. They don't give me any confidence - there's no point having the offer available for months if the certain monetary amount runs out!0 -
Hi,
you could read it as, 'it'll be months before it all runs out'.0
